Which tests will I receive?

You will receive FDA approved COVID-19 Home Tests with your subscription. We are currently shipping Flowflex COVID-19 Antigen Home Tests. They are easy to use, highly accurate nasal swab tests with results in as quick as 15 minutes. The Flowflex COVID-19 Antigen Home Test can be used to help determine your family’s COVID-19 status whether symptoms are present or not. Can be used to test children as young as 2 years old. *Tests will always be FDA approved but the specific brand of tests you receive may change based on availability and/or changes to the government reimbursement program.

How can I check my claim status?

After you have completed the reimbursement forms, you will receive an email containing a link to the Reimbursify App, where you can check the status of your reimbursement claim. You can even enable "Automatic Claim Status Updates" and Reimbursify will check your claims every day and update the status as they are processed.
