After you have completed the reimbursement forms, you will receive an email containing a link to the Reimbursify App, where you can check the status of your reimbursement claim. You can even enable "Automatic Claim Status Updates" and Reimbursify will check your claims every day and update the status as they are processed.
You must use the same email address (the same one used to purchase the tests on GetTests.com) to create your account in the Reimbursify app.

You are elgible for up to 8 tests per elgible family member on your health insurance policy.
*If you purchase a subscription for more than 8 tests per month, per elgible family member, you may not be fully reimbursed.
1. You will receive a unique link for each elgible family member required to submit your reimbursement claims in an email with the subject "Important: Your Reimbursify Claim Forms".
2. You must complete each form with a different elgible family member to submit your reimbursement claims.
Example: If you order a 10 test subscription you will receive links to 2 forms, one for each elgible family member required to submit your reimbursement.
Example: If you order a 20 test subscription you will recieve links to 3 forms, one for each elgible family member required to submit your reimbursement.
This new program is offered through all private health insurance plans (such as Aetna, Cigna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and others, including Medicare Advantage). Insurance plans that are NOT covered under this program include traditional Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare plans.
Your first shipment should arrive 5-8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from the date of purchase.

You can make changes or cancel your subscription anytime by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your confirmation email, logging into your account, or contacting customer service.
All reimbursements for your tests will arrive directly by mail from the insurance company to the primary policy holder.
As this is a new governement program it could take 6-8 weeks for your health insurance provider to issue a reimbursement once a claim has been submitted. We will update this information as this new national program evolves.
